4. Receive your quote: We will review your information and provide a quote based on the details you provided. We may also ask you for additional information if necessary. Once you receive your quote, you can decide whether or not to proceed with the shipment.
BOOK YOUR ORDER
Once you have a quote, you can book your order by choosing the services you want. We offer a variety of options, including open or enclosed car transport, door-to-door auto shipping, and expedited shipping if you need your car to arrive faster. After you've chosen your services, you'll need to schedule a pickup date for your car. Our team will work with you to find a pickup time that works best for you.
PREPARE YOUR CAR FOR TRANSPORT

1. Clean Your Car: Give your car a thorough cleaning before it's picked up for transport. This will make it easier to inspect for any damage that may occur during shipment. Plus, it's just a good idea to have a clean car!

3. Secure Loose Parts: Check that all parts of your car are securely fastened. This includes things like antennas, side mirrors, and spoilers. If anything is loose, it could become damaged during transport.
4. Document Existing Damage: Make a note of any existing damage to your car. Take photos of the car from all angles and make a list of any scratches, dents, or other damage. This will help you to identify any new damage that may occur during transport.

PICKUP AND TRANSPORTATION

The driver will inspect your car and document any existing damage before loading it onto the carrier. Both you and the carrier will receive a copy of the inspection report. This is an important step, as it helps to ensure that any pre-existing damage is noted before the car is transported.
Your car will be transported to its destination using the method you chose. During the transportation process, US Car-Go will keep you updated on the progress of your shipment and also provide you with tracking information. This will allow you to keep tabs on your car's whereabouts and expected delivery date.
DELIVERY
US Car-Go will provide you with a delivery window of typically 2-5 days depending on the distance of the shipment. Our team will contact you to schedule the exact delivery time within that window. Before our car delivery service, ensure to complete the necessary paperwork. You should also ensure that the recipient of the vehicle is available during the scheduled delivery time and has a valid ID to show the driver.
Once the driver arrives with your car, you will have the opportunity to inspect it for any damage. Document any damages in writing and take pictures before signing the delivery receipt. If you are satisfied with the condition of your car, you can sign the delivery receipt and take possession of the vehicle. If you notice any damages, ensure to note them on the delivery receipt and contact us to file a claim.
PAYMENT
Payment for our vehicle transport services is typically due upon delivery, and we offer several payment methods, including credit card, wire transfer, and check. You can choose the method that works best for you. Our payment process involves the following:
Pay the deposit
Once you've received a quote and chosen your payment method, you will pay a deposit to confirm your reservation. The deposit amount will vary depending on the total cost of the shipment.
Pay the remaining balance
After your car has been picked up for transport, you'll need to pay the remaining balance of the shipment cost. You can do this using the same payment method you chose for the deposit.
Receive a receipt
Once you've made your final payment,
